Does this feel familiar?

Mr. Ramesh Deshpande retired at 60. The first few months felt like freedom — no alarm clock, no boss, no deadlines. But slowly the days grew long. Channels repeated. Friends were busy. Children had their own lives. One morning he asked himself quietly:

“Is this what the rest of my life will look like?”

He did not want stress. He did not want another full-time job. He wanted purpose, respect, some income — and a reason to wake up with energy.

What life looks like after you join

Not a job with targets. A respected routine that keeps you active, connected and earning.

Mornings stay yours

Walk, pray, meet friends. Work fits around your day — never the other way round.

Conversations, not sales

You sit with families you already know and help them decide calmly.

Trainings, meets and celebrations bring back colleagues and friendship.

A phone, a few hours a week, and support from the team for the rest.

5 things to reflect on before choosing any income opportunity

01

Does it respect my age and experience?

After retirement you are not starting from zero. You carry life experience, relationship wisdom and the trust of society. Choose work where experience is an asset, never a liability.

02

Does it give me control over time and health?

Health comes first, family time matters, rest is non-negotiable. The right work after retirement is flexible, optional and adjustable to your energy levels.

03

Is the income sustainable or temporary?

Ask honestly — will this income continue next year? Look for income that builds gradually and continues with minimal effort over time.

04

Does it give me social respect and identity?

Work should make you proud when you introduce yourself, earn respect from family and society, and keep your mind active. Dignity is more important than money.

05

Can this become a legacy, not just a job?

If tomorrow you slow down, does something still continue? Legacy work can be passed to children or juniors and creates pride beyond income.

You are not looking for a job.

You are looking for purpose, flexibility, respect, sustainable income and legacy. Very few professions meet all five — especially after retirement.

Legacy business

Your advisory book can be continued by family or your team.

Freedom of time

Work when you want. Earn as you grow. No fixed office hours.

Respect-based role

You guide families, you do not sell products.

Awards & recognition

Clubs, honours and stage recognition for your contribution.

Foreign trips

Conventions and travel — learning does not stop after 60.

Zero investment

No shop, no stock, no capital. Only your goodwill.

Most importantly — you help families protect their future. People don’t feel approached. They feel guided.

I have been in the insurance profession since 2008. What began as a job soon became a mission — helping families protect what they have built, and helping people from every walk of life build a respectable second innings as advisors.

Along the way I qualified for MDRT, the global standard of excellence in this profession, and built The Coverage Force — a team of 28+ leaders where a large number of members joined after 55. They are proof that experience, not age, is what clients trust.

As a financial coach and trainer I have conducted hundreds of sessions on retirement planning, protection and building an advisory practice. My focus is simple: teach in plain language, walk beside you for the first year, and never let a senior advisor feel like a salesperson.

When you register here, you speak to me or someone from my core team — not a call centre. We will be honest with you about what this profession can and cannot give.

I retired as a bank officer at 60 and thought my working life was over. Ganesh sir handled my licence, my first ten meetings and my confidence. Today my clients call me for advice, not the other way round.

What I value most is the respect. I work three days a week, at my own pace, and still earn more than my pension. Nobody pushes targets on me — the mentoring is patient and honest.
Sunanda Pawar Retired schoolteacher · Advisor since 2022 · Dombivli
At 64 I was worried about the exam and the paperwork. The training was in simple language and someone was always on call. I cleared it in the first attempt and my renewal income now continues every year.
Vijay Nair Retired PSU engineer · Advisor since 2020 · Navi Mumbai
After my husband's retirement we joined together. It gave us a routine, new friends and a reason to dress up and step out. The recognition on stage last year was a proud moment for our family.
